Then later today I bent down to pick something up and felt a pretty intense cramping in my lower right ovary area.
It's now a dull ache but of course my mind is reeling and thinking crap what if one of the embryos ended up implanting in my tube and I have an ectopic pregnancy? The HCG numbers are super high so there's something in my uterus for sure, but one could have gone on a walkabout too! It's super rare I know, but I'm still a bit worried.
I'm fairly certain it's a muscle thing because when I stand up and stretch I can feel the pain area stretch too. Sigh.
I emailed dr Harris and I'll go to the ER if it's worse tomorrow or if I start bleeding.
Blah!

Kerie, google "round ligament pain". I had a lot of this early on in all my pregnancies. It was often worse with fast or sudden movements (such as standing up quickly, bending over, etc).
I seem to remember some pretty sharp pains in the ovary areas early on in my pregnancy. Scared me so bad that I called the advice nurse and went to the emergency room convinced I was miscarrying. All was well though. Sending you lots of prayers and positive thoughts!
There's all sorts of weird twinges and pains, even in the early stages. Even period like cramps. I know it's hard but try not to worry.
Thanks ladies (Assuming "anonymous" is a lady)
The dr replied to my message a couple days ago saying that undoubtedly my ovaries are still swollen from the process and that's most likely what it was but to go to the ER if I started to bleed or if the pain got worse.
It got better and I'm still not bleeding so all is good :)
