Today I've been so tired I barely left my recliner except to pee. This evening I think I waited too long to eat and felt extremely listless then nauseated. Ugh. This is not going to be fun.
Ginger ale, ginger chews and ginger candy by my side at all times.

Oh, I have a bunch of preggie pops! I'll bring them to work for you. I didn't end up needing them. :)
Each pregnancy is different. But remember, nine months is nothing compared to a lifetime! HARD . . . but you WILL get through this too!
What Granme said-- ginger ale is good, but also sips of diet coke with saltine crackers. Something about coke syrup seems to help, or at least it did for me.
Experiment and find what settles your tummy best-- and, if you're lucky, it will only last a couple of months. :-)
CAN"T WAIT FOR THE OFFICIAL WORD!!!!!
If there's something you DO feel like eating, eat it. You may never ever want it again in your life months down the road, but in the meantime, eat what works for you. With Chloe, it was blueberry bagels, fresh peaches, and pineapple juice (not necessarily together). Somehow, with Ava, it was hard boiled eggs (dipped in regular yellow mustard). With Miles, it was those frozen bean and cheese burritos (yes, cooked. lmao)
Whatever. They (and I) lived. :)
